Antonija Škorput was born in 1992 in Split. She started playing the guitar at the Josip Hatze Music School where she graduated elementary school and high school. Since then she has performed in many concerts and music competitions. She won 1st place four times at regional competitions, as well as 3rd place three times and 2nd place once at state competitions. In 2006 she won the overall 1st place at the Distant Chords international competition. In 2009 she won 2nd place twice at international competitions in Split and Gorizia. In 2010 she won 1st place at the Omiš Guitar Fest, and the following year she won 2nd place.
She studied guitar at the Arts Academy in Split under Prof. Maroje Brčić. Currently she is working at the Josip Hatze Music School as a guitar teacher. Since 2020 she has been studying Chamber Music at University of Music and Performing Arts Graz in under Prof. Petrit Ceku. She is a member of Duo Diviant with which she held numerous concerts and educational workshops with an emphasis on new concert forms.
